Itinerary
Delhi – Haridwar (240 kms, 5-6 hrs. Drive)
Upon your arrival at Delhi airport/railway station, you will be warmly welcomed by the tour representatives of NIBT Holidays in traditional Indian style, and will be transferred to Haridwar by private vehicle. Complete the check-in formalities at the hotel in Haridwar. After refreshing yourself, you are free to explore the surroundings and beauty of this divine city. One of the holy places of Hindus, Haridwar is the site of Magh Mela and the world famous Kumbh Mela which is mostly visited by devotees of Lord Shiva and Goddess Ganga River. In the evening, visit Haridwar’s largest holy bathing ghat, Har-ki-Pauri, and take part in the spectacular Ganga Aarti, a sight that you will remember for a long time. Return to the hotel and enjoy a sumptuous dinner. Overnight in Haridwar.
Haridwar to Rishikesh (40 km 1 hr. Drive)
After a fresh and delicious breakfast in the morning, check-out from the hotel and head to the Yoga Capital of the World – Rishikesh. After the formality of check in at hotel or tent, you will visit Neelkanth Mahadev Temple, which is located about 32 km from Rishikesh in Pauri Garhwal district. Established at an altitude of 1330 m, Neelkanth Mahadev Temple is one of the most sacred temples of Lord Shiva in the region. According to Indian mythology, the temple is currently located at the same spot where Lord Shiva consumed the poison produced by the churning of the ocean which turned his throat blue. Thus, this incident gave the name of Neelkanth to Lord Shiva. Get the blessings of Lord Shiva and later visit Lakshman Jhula, Ram Jhula, Triveni Ghat etc. Rishikesh is famous for offering beautiful views of lush green and serene forests. In the Ramayana era, the Hindu deity Lakshmana, brother of Lord Rama, crossed the Ganges on jute ropes, which is known as the Lakshman Jhula bridge. Rishikesh to Mussoorie (100 Km / 3 hrs. Drive)
After a delicious breakfast in Rishikesh, you will reach Mussoorie via scenic valleys and a winding road. On arrival, check-in at the hotel and revive yourself. Fresh up at the hotel, get ready to visit Kempty Falls, a popular picnic spot located 15 km from the city. The name Kempty is probably derived from the word ‘camp-tea’. Then explore other major attractions like Gun Hill – the second highest peak of Mussoorie, Company Garden also known as Municipal Garden, Mall Road – located in the heart of Mussoorie, Camel’s Back, Lal Tibba etc. Enjoy the sunset and come back to the hotel to enjoy a delicious dinner. Mussoorie – Dhanaulti – Mussoorie (120 km.)
After enjoying breakfast in Mussoorie, you will proceed to visit Dhanaulti to see the famous tourist attractions nearby. Take pleasure in the great sightseeing tour of the city which covers Jain Temples, ECO-Park which is the main attraction which attracts more and more visitors every year, Dashavatara Temple also known as Panchayatan Temple, Deogarh, Situated 10 km away from Dhanaulti in Barehipani. Joranda Falls is a popular waterfall located in the heart of Simlipal National Park.

Mussoorie – Delhi (310 Km / 8-9 hrs. Drive)
